  • Call recordings (where applicable): With your awareness, calls may be recorded for quality assurance and specialist training. These are encrypted and automatically deleted after 90 days.
  • What we never collect: Full credit/debit card numbers, OTPs, passwords, Aadhaar numbers, or any sensitive financial credentials. If anyone claiming to be from Support Provider asks for these — it is not us. Please report it immediately.

How We Use Your Information

Every piece of data we collect has a specific purpose. We don't use your information beyond what's needed:

  • To assign a ticket number and track your case through to closure
  • To call you back if your issue requires follow-up
